Rehearsals
begin: Monday, October 18. Attendance at ALL tech
week rehearsals as well as all performances is mandatory.
Production
Dates: November 26 thru December 19, 2010 including 2
daytime school performances and double performances on Saturdays (2:00
pm & 7:30 pm)

prepared with 2 short contrasting musical theatre selections. No pop/rock.
-Must
bring sheet music in the proper key, 32 bars of music is sufficient.

accompanist will play for all auditioners.

About
the show:
Leapin'
Lizards! The popular comic strip heroine takes center stage in
one of the world's best-loved musicals. Annie is a spunky
Depression-era orphan determined to find her parents, who abandoned
her years ago on the doorstep of a New York City Orphanage run by the
cruel, embittered Miss Hannigan. In adventure after fun-filled adventure,
Annie foils Miss Hannigan's evil machinations, befriends President Franklin
Delano Roosevelt and finds a new family and home in billionaire Oliver
Warbucks, his personal secretary Grace Farrell and a lovable mutt named
Sandy.

Arts will audition actors who can play the role of the 9-12 year old
orphan. Actor should have a strong voice and who is optimistic and "spunky."

What
actors need to prepare:
