Females: Black leotard, theatrical pink tights & pink leather ballet slippers. Hair neatly secured off the neck and away from the face.
Males: Black tights, fitted shirt & black leather ballet slippers.

Adult Yoga Class Preparation: Please wear stretchy or loose fitting clothes. Eat nothing or only a light snack two hours prior to the session. Bring a yoga mat and a cushion.

Pilates is a conditioning program based on the work of Joseph H. Pilates. This method improves muscle control, flexibility, coordination, strength and tone. Participants become more aware of their bodies, improve alignment and breathing and increase efficiency of movement. In a sequence of carefully performed movements, each exercise is designed to stretch and strengthen the muscles involved, opening the joints and releasing tension. All Pilates classes are open to high school and adult students.
Dress requirements:
Women: Dancewear, leggings, bike pants, t-shirt. NO SHOES
Men: Bike pants or track pants and fitted shirt. NO SHOES
Bring an exercise mat.
