The Sarah Weeden Richardson Minority Scholarship Fund was created to encourage minorities to participate in the arts instructional programs offered by The Fine Arts Association.

At The Fine Arts Association, students aged preschool through adult, have the opportunity to explore theatre, music, dance and visual arts with a professional arts faculty.  Each semester, the Sarah Weeden Richardson Minority Scholarship Committee awards scholarships to minority students who have an interest in the arts and have either a financial need for assistance or have demonstrated outstanding achievement in their studies.
