Traditional and not-so-traditional Scottish and Celtic music. It's traditional Scottish and Celtic music with a twist.
Band members are Dale Mitchell (Highland bagpipes), Bill Henrich (bodhran or Irish drum), Mike Wildermuth (tin whistle), and Wade Mitchell (guitar and vocals). Dale lives in Kirtland and is VP of Finance for Eaton Corporation. Bill is from Willoughby and is a science teacher at Mentor Ridge Middle School. Mike also lives in Willoughby and is an architect and partner at C.C. Hodgson Architectural Group LLC. And Wade lives in Willoughby and is an attorney and partner at Baker Hostetler in Cleveland.
Plaid Sabbath has been together about three years. They try to bring to their audiences music that they might hear if they attended a ceilidh in the Highlands of Scotland.
