Currently performing and teaching throughout Northeast Ohio, Andrew Tatman completed his Master of Music in Music Theory from Ohio University in Athens, OH, where he also completed his Bachelor of Music in Tuba Performance. Performing with large and chamber ensembles, he has performed with the Brass Band of the Western Reserve, Ohio Valley Symphony, River Cities Symphony, the Northeast Ohio Tuba-Euphonium Ensemble (NOTE), and more. As an educator, Andrew has taught many students, ranging from beginning band to undergraduate and graduate music majors where students have had success in solo and ensemble competitions and recitals. He is currently the Low Brass Instructor at Barberton City Schools and Music and Arts in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio. He has previously held similar positions at Brecksville-Broadview Heights Middle School and the Athens Community Music School.
