Dianne Stiver- Lang earned her B.F.A. (Bachelor of Fine Arts) from Cleveland Institute of Art with a major in Ceramics, and a minor in Photography. She also earned an OSTNA (Ohio State Tested Nurse Assistant) certificate.
Dianne has taught at The Fine Arts Association since 1992. She also initiated the “Paper, Scissor, Rock” visual art camp that continues today. She has been a visiting artist to elementary and junior high schools, as well as nursing homes. Her students have varied in age from three through 89.
Dianne is also a professional artist, selling her artwork in over 30 shops and galleries throughout Ohio, her home state. She has also sold art nationwide!
A few of Dianne’s notable accomplishments are having an ornament featured on the White House tree and being a featured artist in the Cleveland Magazine.
Her most recent path is making stuffed animals out of thrift store sweaters. While not teaching or creating in the studio, Dianne enjoys travel, photography, plants, and the great outdoors.
