As a part of the Customer Experience Team at FAA, Shirley will likely be one of the first faces you will encounter at FAA. Being that she has been a part of FAA for over ten years, she has a wealth of knowledge and will help you find what classes, performances, and programs are best for you and your loved ones. Previously, she was an Assistant to the Executive Director and Board of Trustees at FAA. Shirley worked in the Human Resources department at Ohio Technical College and also as Administrative Assistant at Charter One Bank. Shirley looks forward to attending events here in Willoughby and spending time with her family. Shirley enjoys her role in Customer Service because she has the opportunity to meet our wonderful families and patrons!
