Music Classes and Lessons for All Ages at Fine Arts
The Fine Arts Association's music program allows students to begin instruction at any level that is appropriate to both ability and age.
Early childhood music classes provide hands-on explorations of music through the use of instruments, movement and song. The Suzuki Method of music instruction engages children as young as 3 years of age in private music instruction.
A multitude of performance groups, including Suzuki groups, the Fine Arts String Ensemble and FAA's Vocal Motion (a children's show choir) support students in acquiring music skills and provide them community performance opportunities.
Finally, private music instruction is available in most instruments – from voice to tuba. These one-on-one music lessons are taught by a professional faculty and enable children and adults to obtain skills in an instrument in a positive setting which also provides ongoing performance opportunities. Whether you want to learn to play an instrument for personal enjoyment or are interested in pursuing a career in music, our highly educated, skilled teaching artists can assist you in meeting your goals.
