SUMMER 2021 REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

To ensure safety for all, FAA will continue to follow COVID-19 guidelines at the direction of state and local health officials. 

FAA is continuing hybrid arts education instruction for the remainder of spring and for certain classes and private lessons during the summer. Students may choose between in-person or live virtual instruction. All classes are offered in the hybrid format, excluding ceramics classes and theatre classes which are in-person only. MOST SUMMER CAMPS AND CLASSES ARE OFFERED IN PERSON ONLY.

Our arts experiences are inclusive of individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and ability levels. We provide arts education in a family-centered, safe, creative environment where students can experience the arts in their own very personal way.

There are several creative routes to explore at FAA. Whether you are interested in pursuing the arts professionally, for the health benefits, or for fun, FAA has a place for you. Our professional faculty and artistic staff have been consistently lauded. Such talent and passionate dedication to providing arts for all, have enabled us to grow into the nationally recognized cultural center that we are today!

Registration

Classes and lessons are open to all people regardless of race, sex, religion, age, disability, or national origin. 

By registering for classes or lessons you are agreeing to abide by The Fine Art Association’s Policies and Procedures and grant to give The Fine Arts Association the right to use you or your child’s photograph or image with or without you or your child’s name, both single and in conjunction with the other persons or objects for any and all purposes including, but not limited to, private or public presentations, advertising, publicity and promotion relating thereto. If you do not wish to grant permissions for you or your child to be photographer, please see the Customer Service staff for a Photographic Opt–Out form. 

Tuition is due upon registration. No lesson or class registrations are held unless payment has been made. 

Payment must be made at the time of registration or lesson/class space is not guaranteed. Registration confirmations for enrollment are available by email only. 

Mid-session Class/Lesson Registration: Registrations are accepted in most classes and private lesson studios after a session begins, based on availability. Classes that have occurred prior to registering mid-session will not be made up.

Easy Ways to Register

Registration is available in person, by phone, fax or online. For your convenience you may mail, fax or drop off the completed registration form available online with your payment.

  1. Online via Active Net (Visa/MasterCard/Discover)
  2. In Person (cash, check, Visa/MasterCard/Discover, money order) Stop by The Fine Arts Association Customer Service Center. Please call ahead to schedule an appointment prior to coming to the building. 
  3. Phone (Visa/MasterCard/Discover) Call (440) 951-7500 during business hours.
  • Registration Confirmations for enrollment are available by email only.
  • Class Cancellations by The Fine Arts Association may occur up to 36 hours prior to the start of a class. Notification will be made via phone and/or email, if available.
  • Continuing Music Students: With Music Faculty availability and permission, a music lesson time slot may remain the same from fall to spring session. Payment must be received by the due date. After this date, all held slots will be released.

Discounts

  • Students meeting the eligibility requirements may receive the following discounts on one class/lessons each session (Fall, Spring, Summer). Only one of these discounts may be applied to each class/lesson.
    • Andrews Osborne Academy students – 5% discount
    • Willoughby residents – 8% discount
    • Senior citizens (age 60+) and military – 5% discount
  • The Early Registration discount of 3% (if registered by May 22, 2021) may be applied to every class/lessons on which no other discounts/scholarship/Work Assistant Discount has been applied. 
  • Discounts (other than the Willoughby Resident Discount) may not be applied to workshops or special one-day programs.
  • Discounts (other than the Willoughby Resident Discount) may not be applied to a class/lessons for which a scholarship or Work Assistant Discount has been received.

Payment Options

  • • We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, cash, or check.
  • A $35.00 fee applies for any returned checks.
  • Summer camps payment options: Payment can be made in full at time of registration OR 50% of total camp tuition (for each camp or combination of camp registrations for which tuition totals) can be made to secure placement into each Fine Arts camp for which you are registering. Payment plan is for camps only. Requires 50% down payment of total camp tuition (for each camp or combination of camps). $10 payment plan fee (per student) applies. The remaining balance(s) must be paid by the end of the business day on May 22, 2021. Call Customer Service to register and set up a payment plan.

School Closings

School Closing information can be found on Channels 3, 5, 8, 19. If in doubt, contact FAA at 440-951-7500 two hours prior to your class/lesson. The opening phone greeting will indicate if the school is closed. Additionally, we will post on our social media handles regarding cancellations and delays.
