Little hands, big projects! Young children explore clay as they create seasonal-themed items

The class encourages children to be creative and experiment with a wide variety of engaging art supplies. Little ones, with a caregiver, will draw, paint, and collage their way to discovering the world of art through their own unique creations. Nursery Rhyme Time offers uplifting fun! Together with your 2-5 year old, explore nursery rhymes through music and art experiences. Class includes one-half hour of visual art/felt play and one-half hour of music each week. Engaging multi-arts experiences also include preschool readiness skills like counting, shapes, and colors. All art supplies are included!

Each week our young artists will create their own versions of “Eric Carle’s Artwork.” Mr. Seahors; The Very Lonely Firefly; The Grouchy Ladybug; Have You Seen My Cat?; Papa, Please Get the Moon For Me, and finally, The Very Hungry Caterpillar! A combination of markers, crayons, watercolor, glue, and tissue paper will be used. In addition, extra embellishments each week to make the students’ artwork special!

Music Makin’: Designed for young children of ALL abilities! Bounce, wiggle, sing and have fun with your munchkin. This class engages you and your child in singing, playing, instruments, and movement experiences while encouraging bonding, stimulating the senses, promoting learning and creating opportunities for socialization.

We’re off to see the Wizard! Join Dorothy and all your friends from over the rainbow in this fantastic class. You’ll learn the basics of vocal projection, character building, stage direction, and blocking as you go on adventures with your friends to follow the yellow brick road! Your family and friends will be amazed by your brains, heart, and courage when we perform for Sharing Day during the final class!

Oh the places your beginning theatre student will go in this class. Using the zany, colorful, and wild stories of Dr. Seuss, your young story teller will learn all about theatre and stage presence. The focus of this class is on the basic theatre techniques of volume, diction, emotions, character development, and building relationships. This class culminates in a Sharing Day for family friends on the last day of class.

Ignite your child’s imagination and introduce your young actor or actress to the world of theatre through silly stories and songs. Children will act out each book and sing songs from “If You Give a Pig a Pancake,” “If You Give a Moose a Muffin,” and “If You Give a Mouse a Cookie.” A perfect introduction to the art of theatre! Class culminates with a Sharing Day for family and friends on the last day of class.

Do you believe in magic? Explore the magical world of Peter Pan while befriending pirates, fairies, and mermaids. While flying to the second star on the right, you’ll re-enact all your favorite scenes from Peter Pan while learning theatre fundamentals. Character building, stage blocking, and vocal projection are a few stepping stones you will experience while making great friends and learning the importance of storytelling. At the end of the adventure, your family and friends are welcome to join in as we journey to Neverland for sharing day!

While venturing everywhere the light touches, and beyond, you’ll re-enact all your favorite scenes from The Lion King while learning theatre fundamentals. Character building, stage blocking, and vocal projection are a few stepping stones you will experience while making great friends and learning the importance of storytelling. At the end of the adventure, your family and friends are welcome to join in as we celebrate the circle of life on sharing day!

We will have a BLAST as we use our imaginations, build confidence, make friends and learn about the importance of storytelling!! The audience will love to be a PART OF YOUR WORLD on Sharing Day during our last class!!!
