The class encourages children to be creative and experiment with a wide variety of engaging art supplies. Little ones, with a caregiver, will draw, paint, and collage their way to discovering the world of art through their own unique creations. All art supplies are included!

Each week our young artists will create their own versions of “Eric Carle’s Artwork.” Mr. Seahors; The Very Lonely Firefly; The Grouchy Ladybug; Have You Seen My Cat?; Papa, Please Get the Moon For Me, and finally, The Very Hungry Caterpillar! A combination of markers, crayons, watercolor, glue, and tissue paper will be used. In addition, extra embellishments each week to make the students’ artwork special!

Through vocal exercises, theatre games, improv fun, gestures and intonation, blocking, and character building, you’ll have more heart, brains, and courage than you will know what to do with!

Get ready to go to under the sea with Ariel, Flounder, Sebastian, and all your favorite characters from THE LITTLE MERMAID in this exciting brand new class! Will Ariel get her land legs? Will Ariel lose her beautiful voice to Ursula, the terrible sea witch? Will Ariel find true love with Prince Eric? You’ll re-enact all your favorite scenes from The Little Mermaid while learning theatre fundamentals like character building, stage blocking and vocal projection while making great friends and learning the importance of storytelling. The audience will love to be a PART OF YOUR WORLD on Sharing Day during our last class!!!

Oh the places your beginning theatre student will go in this class. Using the zany, colorful, and wild stories of Dr. Seuss, your young story teller will learn all about theatre and stage presence. The focus of this class is on the basic theatre techniques of volume, diction, emotions, character development, and building relationships. This class culminates in a Sharing Day for family friends on the last day of class.

Class culminates with a Sharing Day for family and friends on the last day of class.
